Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
the Finance Committee referral be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 14                                       
am "An Act relating to an absence from the state while providing care                               
for a terminally ill family member for purposes of determining                                      
eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; and providing for an                                     
effective date." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                              
Committee.
